Meet the Linden Grove team

Administrator: Jonathan Bliss

Jonathan Bliss gained a love for Skilled Nursing Facilities while volunteering with his family as a young child. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Facility Management and has been working as a Healthcare Administrator since 2003. He is an avid outdoorsman and currently volunteers as a Varsity Scout Master. He is the proud parent of four and lives locally with his wife and children.

Director of Admissions: Rebecca Santisi

Rebecca helps expedite the admissions process for residents and families. With 17 years of experience she is a great resource when exploring short term rehab and long term care options.

Director of Nusing Services: Randi Dooley Park

Randi earned her Master's Degree in Public Administration with a concentration on Healthcare from Troy State University and spent over 20 years serving in acute care settings, including 10 years in Saudi Arabian hospitals. Randi transitioned to long term care more than 5 years ago where she has exclusive experience as Director of Nursing Services. Her previous experience as a Quality Assurance Administrator brings incredible opportunity for program enhancement and exceptional care delivery.

Clinical Liaison: Maggie LaBorn

Maggie LaBorn joined Linden Grove Health Care Center in June 2011. She has worked in Nursing, Admissions and Marketing for Long Term Care for the past Twenty-Five years. Her interests outside of work include golfing, traveling with her husband and reading.

Rehabilitation Director: Jonas Cline, PT

Jonas Cline began his interest in therapy as a patient dealing with a host of athletic injuries in high school and college. He graduated from the Evergreen State College in 1995 with a health science degree and completed his physical therapy training abroad at Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven, The Netherlands, graduating in 1998. Prior to coming to Linden Grove he managed award winning pediatric and geriatric therapy programs in Virginia.

Director of Social Services: Audrey Mills, MS

Audrey graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has been working in long term care for 3+ years. Audrey assists residents and their families with discharge planning and overseeing the psychosocial wellbeing of the residents at Linden Grove. Her passion is working with the residents and families, overcoming challenges and finding a positive outcome for all involved.
