Administrator: Jarom Eberhard, B.S

Jarom Eberhard holds a B.S in Community Health from BYU and an MBA in Health Administration from University of Colorado. Jarom did his AIT at Linden Grove under the previous administrator. He has been our Administrator since April 2006.
 

Director of Admissions: Rebecca Santisi

Rebecca helps expedite the admissions process for residents and families. She has over 13 years of healthcare experience.
 

Director of Nursing Services: Lisa Johnson, RN, MSN, CWCN, GCNS-BC

Lisa graduated in 2006 from Pacific Lutheran University with an MSN in Care and Outcomes Management. She is certified as a wound care nurse and geriatric clinical nurse specialist. She has over 12 years nursing experience.
 

Rehabilitation Director: Allison Kolp, DPT

Allison Kolp graduated in 2003 with a Master of Physical Therapy from Nazareth College in Rochester NY and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton in 2006. She grew up in Maine and was an Assistant swim coach at Pacific Lutheran University.
